Welcome to FriendPe. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FriendPe informational website (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About FriendPe
FriendPe is a brand and product concept for helping people discover new friends, send friend requests, and build connections. This Site explains how FriendPe works for educational and marketing purposes. Interactive social features (accounts, messaging, friend graphs) may be provided through a separate application under additional terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Site. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf where required.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt services

- Impersonate FriendPe or misrepresent your affiliation with us

6. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Descriptions of FriendPe features on this Site are for explanation only and do not constitute a commitment that every feature is currently available in a live product.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FriendPe and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FriendPe from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where FriendPe operates its primary business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue for disputes, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.
